Norse God Meditation Magic

First things first. Let me define my terms so that we leave a solid ground for understanding each other.

There is a Nordic/Germanic pantheon of Gods and Goddess's called the “Northern Gods or “Norse Gods.” The major Gods/Goddess's of the pantheon are Odin, the Alfather, Frigga the Almother, Thor their son; Frey and Freya, the twin Gods, Tyr the courageous God.

There are more but for the time being we shall talk about meditating with the male Norse Gods; Odin, Thor, Tyr and Frey.

Now what do I mean by meditation? Meditation is not a passive act like some gurus preach. This is very dangerous. Your mind is very powerful and to open the portcullis that protect it, mainly your awareness, is to invite danger and even possession into your mental castle.

Meditation needs to be a formal exercise where you know exactly what it is you want to do and where you want your mind to go. Thoughts are things and what you touch with your mind you attract into your Aura. And what you carry in your aura helps create your physical reality.

The Laws of Quantum Physics tell us that ALL is ENERGY. You are energy, your thoughts are energy, the Northern Pantheon of Gods in Energy.

These laws also tell us that everything that ever was, is or will be, exists in an infinite ocean of thinking, intelligent energy called the Quantum Ocean.

The Northern Mythology called it 'Mimir's Well'. The Northern Gods and Goddess's exist in the Quantum Ocean and have always existed there because there is no time; there is only the Now.

So when you meditate upon one of the Northern Gods, your mind reaches out (since there is no space on the Mental level) and touches that particular God.

When Mental contact is made, energy flows between you and the God.

The whole idea of this Norse God Meditation Magic is to attract the energies of a particular God bringing them into your Aura.

You don't really want to be Odin. But you do want to attract the wisdom and inspiration energies of Odin into your Aura and thus become more wise.

You don't really want to become Thor but you want to attract the power and protection of Thor into your life. If you want to attract Courage then summon Tyr into your life.

Finally if you want more masculinity and virility into your life it is Frey you want.

Oh, I almost forgot, What is Magic?

Magic is the moving of energies form one place to another without any physical means.

In this case your magic will be directed by your mind your to move energies out of the Quantum Ocean (Mimirs well) into your aura. What energies you bring into your Aura will become your physical reality.

Here is the exercise.

Sit comfortably in your chair, preferably early in the morning when the chatter and clatter of the outside world is quiet. If you have a print of the Northern Gods it will help, but it is not necessary. Remember what you look at with your eyes you also “touch” and attract.

Look at the print of Odin, concentrate on it. Then take a deep breath and mentally say, “ I am now inhaling the wisdom of Odin out of the Quantum Ocean (Mimir's Well) into my Aura.”

Feel the energy flow. See it with your mind. Golden spirals of energy filling your Aura.

Do this three times and then get up and go about your days business. Do it daily and slowly but surely you will become wiser and wiser. It is the Law of Quantum Physics and Mental Magic.

Now Thor, “I am now inhaling the power and protective energies out of the Quantum Ocean (Mimir's Well) and into my Aura.” Do this Three times while visualizing or looking at your picture of Thor.

Now Tyr. “I am now inhaling the courageous energy of Tyr, out of the Quantum Ocean (Mimir's Well) and into my Aura.” 3 times.

Frey, “I am now inhaling the masculine energies of Frey out of the Quantum Ocean (Mimir's Well) into my Aura. 3 times.

Do this daily and you will find yourself becoming wiser, stronger, more courageous and more masculine and virile.

This is known as structural knowledge. Knowledge that you can use in your daily life.

Rune Meditation Grand Canyon

Runes Grand Canyon

No one doubts that these are very difficult times. But these times have been foretold for thousands of years. It is no more, nor less than the changing of Ages caused by the movement of our Solar System through the galaxy.

In our Northern Mythology it was called "The Wolf Age." In the East "Kali Yuga."

But it need not concern us modern day Vikings. What we see happening in this world is what is happening to the collective unconsciousness of humanity. Those who hang onto the group mind and the paradigm of the Age of Pisces.

We are in a new paradigm, the Age of Aquarius and we have a new set of rules to live by. The Laws of Quantum Physics.

The key is to individualize. To let go of the old group mind and become an individual co-creator of your own destiny. My ole Rune Master used to tell me that when things got bad to use my tools.

The most powerful tools on the planet now are the Runes. The Runes are the keys to the Universal Energies of Creation. We must learn to use our tools to create our own life. The best way is through Rune Meditations. Breathing the Runes into your Aura. What energies you carry in your Aura create your life.

Runes Grand Canyon Meditation:

You need two realms to be able to transfer the creative energies of the Runes out of the Quantum Ocean (non-physical) into your Aura and your life. You need an outer rune realm and an inner rune realm. For the outer rune realm. I will tell you what mine is, as an example.

It is my favorite recliner chair in my living room. I sit there every time I do a rune meditation or a rune breathing exercise. I do my rune meditation early every morning (4 am.), for at least 1/2 hour. Over the years this chair has become imbued with runic energies. It is my outer rune realm.

My inner rune realm is the Grand Canyon. It is the mental meditation I built to transfer the infinite runic energies in the Quantum Ocean into my finite mental world.

While sitting in my chair (outer rune realm) I mentally picture my self at the Grand Canyon (My inner Rune Realm) .

When I do my rune meditations, I am pulling the energies out of the infinite Ocean of Runic energies of the Quantum Ocean into my mental inner rune realm, my outer Rune Realm (chair) and into my Aura.

I chose the Grand Canyon because I lived in Arizona for 20 years. I made 17 visits to it. It is a magical, powerful energy vortex. It was no doubt created by the Creator God as a link between the inner worlds and the outer worlds.

I mentally picture myself sitting at the edge of the North Rim. I stare at "Thor's Hammer", one of the magnificent monuments to our Northern God. I mentally visualize Odin and Thor and Tyr on my right hand. Heimdel, Frey, Niord on my left.

In front of me spanning the breath of the Grand Canyon is a semi circle of Armanen Runes. They are huge red flaming runes starting from left to right. These flaming runes are the doorways between the inner and outer rune worlds.

I choose the rune I want, gaze at it and mentally say, "I am now attracting the energies of the Rune FA (or any other) out of the Quantum Ocean, through the Rune FA doorway, and into my mind. From my mind into my Aura and into my Life.”

I visualize the flaming runic energy filling my mind and my Aura. I spend about 1/2 doing these runic transfers from the Quantum Ocean and into my life.

When I open my eyes at the end of my Grand Canyon rune meditation, I can feel my chair, my aura and my body filled with the runic energy.

I get up and go about my business with the assurance and confidence that these runic energies will eventually manifest into my life as people, places and events. Don't ever scoff at the simplicity of this exercise.

Spirituality and Guido Von List

Spirituality can be defined in many ways. Since I am a Rune master, I prefer to say that spirituality is a way of life. It is my belief that there is a Divine Creator who has set the Universe, as we know it, into motion. It was not caused by a Chaotic Big Bang.

Spirituality also implies that there are certain rules for living and certain tools to guide us. The rules are to live consciously and to always be leaning forward. The tools are the Runes.

The Runes are Universal Creative energies. We use them consciously to create a better life for ourselves and our loved ones.

Spirituality also means that we have a destiny and that destiny is to evolve, become more conscious and more God-like.

The simplicity of good and evil goes like this: Whatever leads you towards consciousness, individuality and the Creator God is good. What ever leads you to unconsciousness, mass mindedness and bestiality is evil.

We as Americans, have lost our Spirituality. But our ancestors and our Runic spiritual leaders such as Guido Von List were very spiritual.

Not only in their writings and teachings but also in their way of life.

Guido Von List knew the dangers of big city living, when he wrote, "One must flee those places where life throbs and seek out lonely spots untouched by human hands to lift the Magic of Nature."

He felt that contemporary man denied the primal laws of nature and created life destroying religions. They have built a distorted normality. We can now see, especially in America, after the last election a corruption that is beginning to disgust us.

Guido Von List gave the world the most powerful of all runes. His 18 Rune Futhark. He was born October 5, 1848. He wrote a very spiritual book, "The Secret of the Runes." This is an occult work that made him one of the most important figures in Germanic Revolutionism, Germanic Mysticism and Runic Revolutionism.

In 1862, he visited the catacombs of a pagan shrine. He was most impressed with what he saw. He swore that some day he would build a temple to Wotan (Odin) when he grew up.He wrote several other books on the spirituality of tribal Germany.

World War 1 and the food shortage affected the heart of the 70 year old Von List. He died of pneumonia and his ashes were buried in Vienna's most famous cemetery along with other spiritual Germans Beethoven, Brahms, Schubert and Strauss.

He named his spiritual religion the Armanenshaft. He claimed this to be the original religion of the German tribes. He believed in the magical powers of the Old Runes. They are now known as the "Armanen Runes."

He said, "The wonderful thing concerning the runes is that they have an individual life, that the interpretation and meaning is within them and not within us, not in our arbitrary thinking.”

If you have ever had the experience to study the Armanen Runes using Guido Von Lists spiritual exercises and postures, you would never again doubt the power of the Runes.

The murmuring Runes of the Universe, the sacred symbols of salvation of the Cosmos are deeply buried within ourselves, in our soul as inherited memories. They call, murmur and rush within us, and we could not get them outside of us by imitation, if they were not built into us since eternity.

Rune Meanings Rune IS Will Power

BUILDS SELF DISCIPLINE AND WILL POWER

Attract self discipline and will power into your life with the combination of the Wisdom of the Ancient Runes and the power of Quantum Physics.

Energy! Rune-breathing and Rune-meditations and Rune-Magic and Rune-Yoga gave me the energy that I needed to start to recreate my life.

You and I are where we are today because of the energies we have attracted into our lives. These energies became our life, our physical reality. Where did we get our thoughts and beliefs from? From our parents, our teachers, our religious leaders, our peers. Every word that they spoke and we believed; every action that we used to imitate them; all came together as an energy configuration called me.

I know that this is an oversimplification. But introducing new concepts need to be simply explained before they are expanded upon.

Now, we have the energy tools we need to replace these false-to- fact energies that have kept us from health, wealth and happiness.

With these Universal Creative RUNE-ENERGIES we can consciously pick and choose what we want out of life. We can recreate, redefine our lives. Now!

We need a method, a vehicle, a means to attract more health, wealth and love into our lives, NOW! Banks won't do it. Hospitals and doctors won't do it. Its primary function is to dissolve karmic energies in your life. The main rune-meaning for NOT is KARMA/DESTINY

Thousands of books have been written about KARMA/DESTINY. They are simply abstractions written by writers (like myself) of what we thought KARMA really is. Is it just cause and effect? Is it chiseled in stone so that it cannot be changed? Is it unavoidable? Is it a debt we must pay? All interesting questions. The best definition I have heard of KARMA was given me by one of my spiritual teachers.

I have been blessed in the past 70 years of having 5 spiritual teachers. First one was I.F. forty years ago in Brooklyn, New York. He taught me astrology, tarot, numerology and the cabala. Then came Vitvan who taught me about consciousness and abstracting. Willie Whitefeather a Cherokee medicine man. I spent two years in the Arizona desert with him.
Stephen Trueheart, Viking Warrior, taught me about Norse religion. And finally, Godi Valgard Murry taught me the RUNES. He also gave me my earned viking name, RAGNAR STORYTELLER.

How do the spiritual energies of RUNE-NOT dissolve negative karma? Lets use a simple example. You stole $5.00 as a kid. This is a negative event that you started rippling in your life. The Universe says you can have anything you want in the world ---BUT YOU MUST PAY FOR IT!.

Now most people think that KARMA means that eventually someone will steal $5.00 from you. An eye for an eye, etc. Not necessarily so. When we create an event in our life, the energies of that event travels out into space. Then they return. KARMA! We do now know when or how! The ripple effect will find its way back to you. KARMA.

For this meditation runic breathing exercise we will use RUNE OS. The Rune of growth of spiritual and magical powers.

To begin, sit comfortably in your favorite chair. It is best if possible to use the same chair everyday for your runic meditations. In this way the chair will become imbued and charged with runic energies. After awhile, just sitting in the chair will bring you the feeling of peace and calm.

Relax, do not strain. Breathe slowly and deeply. Do not be concerned if you are doing it right or wrong. Do not be concerned if you are pleasing or displeasing a god/goddess. It is not a ritual. It is about attracting rune energies into your aura from the Quantum Ocean.

It is your personal rune meditation for spiritual powers breathing exercise. It is energy and vibrations.

Where you place your attention your energy flows. You actually touch what you think about, and it will touch you back. When you place your attention on the runes in the Quantum Ocean their energies will flow towards you. You are performing an energy transfer.

The runic magical spiritual energy that you are about to attract has to have a specific target, a specific place to flow to. You will now prepare yourself to mentally receive these energies into your personal energy field. (AURA)

Once your personal energy field is charged with this runic energy then you can mentally create whatever you want to do with it.

FIVE MAJOR ENERGY CHAKRAS

YOUR MIDDLE PILLAR OF ENERGY

Your mind is a very powerful radionics tool, if it is used correctly. Visualization is one of its most creative functions. It works extremely well with runic energies.

The mental pictures you hold in your mind's eye form a pattern around which your mind creates. You can see the importance of creating the right kind of mental patterns. This cannot be overstated.

You can visualize your five energy chakras as basketball size spheres.

These five chakras are :

* CROWN CHAKRA basketball sphere 4" above your head

* THROAT CHAKRA basketball sphere in neck and throat area

* HEART CHAKRA basketball sphere in heart area

* GENITAL CHAKRA basketball sphere in genital area

* GROUND CHAKRA basketball sphere in your feet area

These five chakras are lined up in the center of your body. There is a 3" tube connecting each one. This way the runic energy can flow from the crown chakra to the ground chakra.

LET US START THE RUNE-MAN-MEDITATION-FOR-INCREASED-MASCULINITY

Sit quietly and visualize your middle pillar energy system within you.

Visualize an infinite ocean of energy, the Quantum Ocean. It is all around you. You live and move it it.

Hold the large OS cardboard rune in your lap with both hands. You can find one at the end of this article.

Look at it. As you place your attention on the runic symbol on your lap the OS runic energy from the Quantum Ocean will start to flow towards you.

Your runic energy must have a target, a place to go. This is where most students make their mistake. You must give the flowing energy a specific target.

The runic energy target will be your Middle Pillar Energy System .

Now slowly and steadily, while looking at the OS rune symbol, breath this energy into yourself. Breath it in as if it were a wonderful flowing light.

Intone (say mentally to yourself)

"I am now inhaling the spiritual power runic energy of OS , from the Quantum Ocean into my crown chakra (4" basketball sphere above your head.")

By using your mental powers you control the runic energy exchange from the Quantum Ocean to your energy fields.

Mentally see this runic energy flowing from the Quantum Ocean into your crown chakra. See your crown chakra fill up with this energy.

Take a moment and feel and visualize this crown chakra full of runic energy. Do not rush. Your thoughts will start to become more spiritual and magical.

Intone three times.

Take a deep breath each time, look at OS rune in your hands.

The runic energy in the crown chakra will now start to flow down the 3" tube and start to fill your throat chakra.

You will start to become a more powerful speaker.

When your throat chakra is full of runic energy, see this energy flowing down the 3" tube into your heart chakra.

Your will begin to feel more powerful.

When you heart chakra is full, see the runic energy flowing down the 3" tube into your genital chakra.

You will feel more self assertive.

When your genital chakra is full, see the runic energy flowing down to your ground (feet) chakra. Your position in life will become more solid.

Take a few minutes and sit in your middle pillar of runic energies. See this rich white OS energy filling all of your 5 spheres (chakras) and your middle pillar.

CIRCULATE THE OS RUNIC ENERGY

Start to circulate the runic energy around your body.

Visualize a 3" stream of this white runic energy flowing out of your crown chakra and flowing down the front of your body.

This 3" runic energy flows down your face, your chest, your stomach, your genitals, your legs, to your feet and toes.

Then under your feet and up your heels, your calves, your thighs, your buttocks, your spine, your neck, back of head and back into your crown chakra.

You now have a flowing ring of runic energy flowing down the front of your body and up the back. You have the first ring of runic energy around your body.

SECOND RING OF RUNIC OS ENERGY

Start a second stream of runic energy out of your crown chakra down the left side of your head, your ear, your shoulder, your arm, your hip, your thigh, your leg, your ankle.

Under your feet and up the right side. Your ankle, thigh, hip, shoulder, ear and back into the crown chakra.

THIRD STREAM OF RUNIC MAN ENERGY

From your heart chakra visualize a third 3" flow of runic energy coming out of your heart. Let it flow to about one foot in front of you.

Now circle this runic energy clockwise around your body from left to right.

Let us stop here for a moment. This may sound very complicated. It is not. After some practice you will be able to do the whole middle pillar runic exercise in 15 minutes.

Fifteen minutes once a day to improve your health, wealth, protection, happiness and spiritual powers. This is a small price to pay.

Remember we are dealing with runic energies. Runic energy flows. That is what we are doing: getting the runic energy out of the Quantum Ocean to flow towards you and into you.

You have now created 3 rings of flowing runic OS energy around your body.

One around the front of your body from crown chakra to feet and up your back.

One around your body from left side of crown chakra down the left side of your body. Up the right side of your body and back into the crown chakra.

One around your middle, clockwise.

Now expand these three runic rings of energy so that you fill your aura which is one foot from your body. See and fill your aura full of white runic energy.

Concentrate on your aura.

Your auric shell. is where all success begins.

You always have an aura surrounding you. Most people have aura's that are very close to their body like a pair of pantyhose. You want to expand your aura out so that it is surrounding you one foot from your body all around you. This gives you more energy and more protection.

By continuing your runic breathing exercises your aura will get stronger and stronger. Your health, success, well being and magical spirituality will also increase as your aura gets stronger.

What ever energies fill your Aura create your life. Therefore always fill your Aura with good powerful energies. Use the Runes daily.

Now expand these three healing rings so that you fill your aura, which is one foot from your body. See and fill your aura full of white healing runic light. Forget about the 3 rings and concentrate on filling your aura.

Your auric shell is where all health begins.

We want to expand our auras out so that they are surrounding us one foot from our bodes all around us. This gives us more energy and more protection. By continuing your rune meditation health exercises your aura will get stronger and stronger. Your health and well being will also increase as your aura gets stronger.

Visualize the white sparkling healing energy in your aura flowing into your heart. Again three breaths. Sit as long as you like and enjoy the felling of well being that this transfer of energy between you and your heart will bring you. You can do it as often as you like.

You can send healing energy to any organ that you like.

DISTANT HEALING

Send healing energy to a friend or a loved one. Life-force knows no distance barrier. It does not travel like electrcity does in our three dimensional world. The only distance in the world of Life-force (Quantum Ocean) is similarities of shape and resonant frequenices.

When you think of your loved ones you set up a mental link through Mental Radionics. The thought of your loved ones in your mind is your loved ones as far as Quantum Ocean is concerned.

When you think of them, you are actually making contact with them. You are touching them. You are mentally sending them the healing energy you have stored in your auric shell There is no distance between their body and your mental picture of them.

With your aura filled with the runic URUZ healing energy, take a deep breath, visualize your loved one in your mind. Exhale slowly through your mouth and see this healing URUZ energy flowing out of your mouth and into the auric shell of your loved ones.

Once it reaches their auric shell it will know where to go to bring healing processes..

You can also hold a photo of your loved one in your hands and breathe on it. The healing URUZ energy will flow into the picture and into their aura.
